How to use Enjaz Platform
step by step

✅ What you need to start

• An internet connection and an up-to-date browser: Chrome, Safari or Edge.
• A Google account (easiest), or an email address and a password you create.
• A subscription voucher for the plan you choose — or start with the 24-hour free trial.

🌐 Arabic or English

The platform works fully in Arabic and in English. Tap 🌐 English on the sign-in screen or in the top bar to switch; the button then reads «العربية» to switch back. Your choice is remembered on the device. Your own data (student names, groups, questions) stays exactly as you typed it.

🧭 How to use this guide

Each chapter explains one part of the platform: what it's for, the steps in order, a screenshot and tips. The Plan-dependent badge means the section appears only if your plan includes it — sections not in your plan don't appear at all. Check your plan and its features from the «Subscription» button at the top of the platform.

🏠 The welcome page

1. Tap «ابدأ التجربة المجانية» (Start free trial) the first time, or «دخول المشتركين» (Subscribers sign-in) if you already have a subscription.
2. «شاهد الباقات» (See plans) shows the plans, their features and prices, and the WhatsApp button lets you contact us to buy a voucher.
3. On a phone the same buttons are in the bottom bar.

🔐 The sign-in screen

Option 1: Google account (recommended)

1. Tap «Continue with Google».
2. Choose your account in the window that appears (or sign in to it).
3. You return to the platform automatically.

Option 2: Email & password

1. First time: tap «Don't have an account? Create one», then type your email and a password of at least 6 characters.
2. After that: type your email and password and tap «Sign in».
3. Forgot your password? Tap «Forgot your password?» and a reset link arrives by email (check your spam folder).

Use the same account on all your devices; your data is tied to the account and appears the same on computer and phone.

The 🌐 English / العربية button at the top of the sign-in screen switches the language before you sign in.

🔄 Renewing, changing plans and checking the end date

• End date: tap the «Subscription» button 📆 at the top to see your plan, its features and when it ends.
• Changing or upgrading your plan: in the same window, enter the new plan's voucher. After upgrading, a «✨ New in your plan» tour explains what was added, and new sections show a «New» badge until you open them.
• When your subscription ends: the «Your subscription has ended» screen appears; enter a new voucher (any plan) and tap «Renew subscription». Your data isn't deleted.
• «Sign-in is not allowed from this device»: the voucher has reached its device limit. Contact support on WhatsApp to move it to your new device.

① Top corner: logo, your name and school

Tap «Tap here to add teacher and school details» to enter your name and school; they appear at the top of the platform and on printed timetables and reports.

② Middle: day, time and current lesson

Shows the date and time, and the lesson happening now based on your timetable and school times (e.g. «Lesson 3 — Math 5/1», or «Before school starts»). Plan-dependent

③ The sections bar

Thirteen sections; tap one and it appears below. The open section is highlighted. Each section is explained in the following chapters.

📱 On a phone: the ☰ menu

1. Tap the ☰ button at the top of the screen.
2. A side menu shows all sections, and below them all top bar buttons (alerts, save, subscription, sign out…).
3. Choose a section; the menu closes and the section fills the screen.
4. To close the menu without choosing: tap ✕ or the Android Back button.

The «Full screen» button at the top of every section hides the top bar to give the section more room, and the exit button brings it back. Great on the smart board.

🧭 The guided tour

• First sign-in: explains only the sections in your plan, one by one.
• After upgrading: explains the sections and features newly unlocked, and the extra games and tools.
• Move with «Next» and «Back», or «Skip tour». On a computer: the arrow keys ← → and Esc.
• On a phone, the tour opens each section behind the explanation card so you can see it.

Students & Points

Adding students — three ways

1. One student: tap «Add student», type the name, class (e.g. 5/1) and group (optional), then «Add». Typing a new group name creates it automatically.
2. From Excel: tap «Import from Excel», choose the file (xlsx, xls or CSV), pick the name, class and group columns, then «Import students». The «Template» button downloads a ready file to fill in.
3. From «Class Lists»: it has the same import, plus editing all student names at once.

Choose the reason with a tap, or press 1 2 3 4 on the keyboard. The reason is saved in the student file, and the points are added to their group automatically.

• Search for a student by name, and the class filter to show one class.
• «Export to Excel»: the student list with points.
• «Random reward»: picks a random student and gives them 5 points.

📂 Student file & parent report Plan-dependent

The student file

• Choose the period: This month, Last month or All time, and move between students with the arrows at the top.
• Shows: total points, points this period, class rank, attendance rate, points by reason and the points log.
• Write a note to parents that appears in the report, then: «Share report» (an image to send on WhatsApp), «PDF for printing» or «Whole-class reports».

👥 «Groups» All plans

Groups

1. Tap «Add group», type the name, choose a color and select its students (the list shows students not yet in a group), then «Add».
2. Every point a student earns is added to their group's total automatically.
3. On the group card: «Add / remove members» to edit students, «Edit name & color», or tap the colored dot to change the color directly.
4. «Export to Excel» exports the groups with their members and points.

🎡 Spinning Wheel All plans

1. Choose the wheel source: students or groups, and pick the class.
2. Tap «Spin the wheel now!» and it stops on a random winner.
3. Choose the points (+1, +3, +5 or +10) and tap «Confirm and award points».
4. Turn on «Random challenge question» to ask the winner a question from the bank with its points.

The «Show on screen» button 🖥️ shows the wheel big and full screen for the class.

1. Tap «Add question», type the question and the points for a correct answer, then «Add».
2. These questions are used automatically by the Spinning Wheel and quiz games (like Team Challenge and Tug of War).
3. Delete any question with the 🗑️ button on its card.

🎮 Interactive games & classroom tools

The number of games and tools available depends on your plan (up to 50 games and 25 classroom tools). The number available to you shows at the top of each list.

Running a game

1. Choose the class at the top of the section to show its groups, students and saved teams.
2. Browse the games or filter by category (Quizzes, Language & words, Numbers, Brain & challenge, Movement & activity), and tap «Play now».
3. On the setup screen choose who plays: class groups, random teams or individual students; adjust the settings (such as steps to win and question time) and the question source: your «Challenge Questions» bank or the game's built-in questions.
4. Tap «Start game». At the end, award the winners points that are really added to them, and the result is recorded in the «Class Championship».

⏱️ Timer & counter All plans

1. Choose a preset: 30 seconds, 1, 2, 3 or 5 minutes — or type a custom time and tap «Set».
2. Tap the play button ▶; you can pause and reset ↺.
3. When time is up an alarm rings and the message «the activity time is up» appears.

The «Show timer on screen» button shows it in huge digits the whole class can see.

📋 Class Lists Plan-dependent

Class Lists

• A table of all students: class, group, total points, rank, and the active title or reward with its expiry time.
• From the «Edit points» column: +1 or -1 (with a reason), edit the name, a certificate and the student file.
• «Edit student names»: correct the whole class's names in one window.
• Import, Export Excel and Print list.

📝 Gradebook Plan-dependent

An academic record separate from motivation points, linked automatically to your students' names and classes.

1. Choose the class, subject, term and school year.
2. Tap «Add assessment»: type its name (e.g. Test 1) and maximum mark. It can have sub-assessments (e.g. Listening 5 + Writing 5), and its total is calculated automatically.
3. Type grades directly in the table — they're saved automatically as you type.
4. «Total column»: adds up the assessments you choose in a separate column.
5. «Copy assessments to other classes»: copies the assessment structure (without grades) to your other classes.
6. «Export Excel» or «Print / PDF».

🗓️ Attendance Plan-dependent

Take attendance

1. Choose the date and class.
2. «Single tap» mode: tap a student's card to switch between present and absent; use the ⋯ button for late or excused.
3. «Select, then tap» mode: choose the status first (e.g. absent), then tap students one by one — faster for big classes.
4. «Delete today's attendance» clears the chosen date if you made a mistake.

Monthly statistics at the bottom: present, absent, late, excused and attendance rate for each student, with Print A4, Export class to Excel, and a report button for each student.

🕘 Event log Plan-dependent

Everything that happens on your platform is recorded with its time (last 500 events): points awarded, students added, rewards, edits, imports… Useful for reviewing what happened in a lesson. «Clear log» empties it.

🏆 Champions League Plan-dependent

• Student league and group league: a podium for the top three, then the rest with progress bars.
• Filter by class to show one class's league.
• «Name the league & places»: choose the league name and the place names (e.g. Golden Knight).
• «Top students' certificates» and «Group certificates»: ready certificates for the winners in one tap. Plan-dependent
• «Show on screen»: shows the league big to motivate the class.

🎁 Rewards Store Plan-dependent

Rewards Store

1. «Add new reward»: the title (e.g. Legend of the Day), required points, icon and validity (a day, 3 days, a week, a month, 3 months, permanent, or custom hours).
2. On the reward card: «For a student» or «For a group» to redeem it; only those with enough points appear, and points are deducted on confirming.
3. The title shows next to the student's name in lists until it expires.
4. Edit ✏️ or delete 🗑️ a reward from the top of its card.

📜 Certificates of appreciation Plan-dependent

The certificate window

1. Open it from the 🎖️ button on a student card, or from «Top students' certificates» in the league.
2. Choose the language (العربية or English), form of address (student / female student), certificate title, reason and design.
3. From «Logo, header & signatures»: add your school logo, the header, school name, and the teacher's and principal's names and titles, plus the Hijri date.
4. «Share image» to send it to parents, or «PDF for printing».

📅 Timetable Plan-dependent

Weekly timetable

1. Tap any cell and type the class or subject for that lesson (type «Free» if you have no lesson), then «Save change».
2. Set what suits your school with the buttons above the timetable: Assembly, Lesson 8, Lesson zero and its position, Break 1 (before or after lesson 4) and Break 2.
3. Tap «Edit times» and enter the start and end of each lesson and break to match your school, then «Save times».
4. «Print timetable» prints it with your name, school and times.

🔔 Alerts & device notifications Plan-dependent

1. Tap the «Alerts» 🔔 button at the top.
2. Choose the alarm tone and tap «Test sound».
3. Tap «Turn on device notifications now» and allow the browser request, so notifications reach you even when the platform is closed.
4. Test it: «Test notification now», or «Test in 15 seconds» then lock the screen and wait.
5. Tap «Save preferences».

On iPhone, notifications work only from the platform installed on the home screen (chapter 4), on iOS 16.4 or later.

If notifications don't arrive, tap «🩺 Full diagnosis & auto-fix»; it checks everything and tells you the step needed.

☁️ Cloud save & backups All plans

• Saving is automatic to your account after every change, and your data appears the same on any device you sign in to with the same account. No manual syncing needed.
• If you edit from two devices at the same time, the changes are merged automatically.
• Automatic backups: one copy a day in your account (last 7 days) and on the device (last 10 days), plus a copy before every restore, import or reset. Deleted something by mistake? Go back to any copy in the list.
• Backup file: «Download file» to keep a copy yourself, and «Import from file» to restore it (it replaces your account data after saving a copy of the current data).

The ☁️ button in the bar changes with the status: saved, saving, or waiting for a connection. If the internet drops you keep working, and changes are saved when the connection returns.
