Can I try the platform for free?
Yes. There is a 24-hour free trial with 5 interactive games, 3 classroom tools and the core features. The trial is available once per device and per account, and your data is kept when you subscribe.
How long is a paid subscription?
All paid plans last three months. When it ends, you can renew with a new voucher.
What is the difference between the plans?
They differ in the number of games (10 to 50), classroom tools (5 to 25) and devices, and in tracking tools such as attendance, the timetable, the gradebook, parent reports and certificates.
How do I get a subscription voucher?
Choose a plan and message us via the WhatsApp button. We will guide you through subscribing, paying by bank transfer, and receiving and activating your voucher.
Is there a plan for schools?
Yes. It is for five teachers or more, at 10 Omani rials per teacher, with one voucher per teacher and one device per subscription.
Do the games work on a smartboard?
Yes. The platform has a full-screen display mode for smartboards and projectors, and it also works on computers and phones.
How many devices can I use my subscription on?
It depends on the plan: Bronze 1 device, Silver 2, Gold 3, Diamond 5, and the Schools plan 1 device per teacher.
Is my data saved if I change devices?
Yes. Cloud save, sync and backups are included in every plan, so your students and points are there when you sign in on another device within your plan's device limit.
Can I import student names from Excel?
Yes. Class rosters with Excel import and export are available from the Bronze plan, along with attendance and the student file.
Is the platform available in English?
Yes. A complete English interface is available in every plan, and you can switch between English and Arabic at any time.
